1. Who we are

Time Trial ("the app", "we") is provided by Amilcare G. Canali, sole proprietor, VAT number 09335660966, Via Pietro Bembo 7, 20021 Bollate (MI), Italy. Contact: support@timetrial.io.

By creating an account or using the app you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the app.

2. The service

Time Trial lets endurance athletes and coaches plan workouts, collect activities from connected devices and services, and analyse training. The app is in development: features may change, and some may be offered as a test version.

3. Your account

• You must be at least 16 years old.
• Keep your login secure; you are responsible for activity on your account.
• You can delete your account at any time from the app.

4. Subscriptions

Some features may require a paid subscription, purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Prices, renewal and cancellation follow the rules of the store you buy from, and are shown before you pay. You can cancel at any time from your store account settings; access continues until the end of the paid period. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.

5. Connected services

When you connect a service (for example Garmin, Polar, Suunto, COROS, Wahoo, Apple Health, Health Connect, WHOOP, Oura or Withings), you also remain subject to that service's own terms. We are not responsible for the availability or accuracy of data provided by third parties. How we treat that data is described in the Privacy Policy.

6. Coaches and athletes

An athlete decides which coach can see their data and can remove that access at any time. Coaches must use athletes' data only to coach them, and must respect confidentiality. The relationship between a coach and an athlete, including any payment between them, is outside our control.

7. Health and safety

Time Trial gives training information, not medical advice. Zones, training load, forecasts and AI suggestions are estimates. Listen to your body, train within your limits, and consult a doctor before starting a programme or if you have symptoms. Follow traffic rules and local laws when you train outdoors.

8. AI features

The AI coach is optional. Its answers can be wrong or incomplete: check them before acting on them. You decide whether to apply any suggested change to your plan.

9. Your content

Workouts, notes and files you create remain yours. You give us permission to store and process them only to provide the service to you and to the coach you choose. You can export them at any time.

10. Acceptable use

• Do not use the app in a way that breaks the law or harms other people.
• Do not try to access other users' data or interfere with the service.
• Do not copy, resell or reverse-engineer the app, except where the law allows it.

We may suspend accounts that seriously or repeatedly break these rules, after notice when possible.

11. Our intellectual property

The app, its design and its name belong to us or our licensors. Brand names of partners are used only to identify compatible devices and services.

12. Liability

We work to keep the app available and accurate, but we cannot guarantee it will be free from interruptions or errors. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect damages or for data provided by third-party services. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for intent or gross negligence, or your rights as a consumer.

13. Changes and termination

We may update these terms as the app evolves and will announce significant changes in the app before they take effect. You can stop using the app and delete your account at any time.

14. Applicable law

These terms are governed by Italian law. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence and can go to the courts of your place of residence.

Creando un account o usando l'app accetti questi termini. Se non li accetti, ti chiediamo di non usare l'app.

2. Il servizio

Time Trial permette ad atleti di endurance e coach di pianificare allenamenti, raccogliere le attività da dispositivi e servizi collegati e analizzare l'allenamento. L'app è in sviluppo: le funzioni possono cambiare e alcune possono essere offerte in versione di prova.

3. Il tuo account

• Devi avere almeno 16 anni.
• Proteggi il tuo accesso; sei responsabile delle attività svolte con il tuo account.
• Puoi eliminare l'account in qualsiasi momento dall'app.

4. Abbonamenti

Alcune funzioni possono richiedere un abbonamento a pagamento, acquistato tramite Apple App Store o Google Play. Prezzi, rinnovo e disdetta seguono le regole dello store da cui acquisti e vengono mostrati prima del pagamento. Puoi disdire in qualsiasi momento dalle impostazioni del tuo account dello store; l'accesso resta attivo fino alla fine del periodo pagato. Restano salvi i tuoi diritti di consumatore previsti dalla legge.

5. Servizi collegati

Quando colleghi un servizio (ad esempio Garmin, Polar, Suunto, COROS, Wahoo, Apple Salute, Health Connect, WHOOP, Oura o Withings), resti soggetto anche ai termini di quel servizio. Non siamo responsabili della disponibilità o dell'esattezza dei dati forniti da terzi. Come trattiamo quei dati è descritto nell'Informativa sulla privacy.

6. Coach e atleti

L'atleta decide quale coach può vedere i suoi dati e può revocare l'accesso in qualsiasi momento. I coach devono usare i dati degli atleti solo per allenarli e rispettarne la riservatezza. Il rapporto tra coach e atleta, compresi eventuali pagamenti tra loro, è fuori dal nostro controllo.

7. Salute e sicurezza

Time Trial fornisce informazioni sull'allenamento, non consigli medici. Zone, carico, previsioni e suggerimenti dell'AI sono stime. Ascolta il tuo corpo, allenati entro i tuoi limiti e consulta un medico prima di iniziare un programma o in presenza di sintomi. Quando ti alleni all'aperto rispetta il codice della strada e le leggi locali.

8. Funzioni di AI

Il coach AI è facoltativo. Le sue risposte possono essere sbagliate o incomplete: verificale prima di seguirle. Sei tu a decidere se applicare al tuo piano le modifiche proposte.

9. I tuoi contenuti

Allenamenti, note e file che crei restano tuoi. Ci autorizzi a conservarli e trattarli solo per fornire il servizio a te e al coach che scegli. Puoi esportarli in qualsiasi momento.

10. Uso corretto

• Non usare l'app in modo illecito o dannoso per altre persone.
• Non tentare di accedere ai dati di altri utenti o di interferire con il servizio.
• Non copiare, rivendere o decompilare l'app, salvo quanto consentito dalla legge.

Possiamo sospendere gli account che violano queste regole in modo grave o ripetuto, con preavviso quando possibile.

11. Proprietà intellettuale

L'app, il suo design e il suo nome appartengono a noi o ai nostri licenzianti. I marchi dei partner sono usati solo per indicare dispositivi e servizi compatibili.

12. Responsabilità

Lavoriamo perché l'app sia disponibile e precisa, ma non possiamo garantire che sia priva di interruzioni o errori. Nei limiti consentiti dalla legge, non rispondiamo di danni indiretti o di dati forniti da servizi di terzi. Nulla in questi termini limita la responsabilità che la legge non permette di limitare, compresi dolo e colpa grave, né i tuoi diritti di consumatore.

13. Modifiche e cessazione

Potremo aggiornare questi termini con l'evoluzione dell'app e annunceremo le modifiche importanti nell'app prima che entrino in vigore. Puoi smettere di usare l'app ed eliminare l'account in qualsiasi momento.

14. Legge applicabile

Questi termini sono regolati dalla legge italiana. Se sei un consumatore, mantieni anche la tutela delle norme inderogabili del tuo paese di residenza e puoi rivolgerti al giudice del tuo luogo di residenza.
